We had Kevin sell two houses for us. The first time, he impressed us on all counts. We first met Kevin at one of his open houses and instantly liked him because of his laid back, easy going nature and the fact that he wasn’t acting like your typical “salesman”. Kevin worked really hard for us to get our condo sold quickly and get us the price we wanted. There was another unit in our building that was very comparable and was on the market well before ours and with Kevin’s hard work and persistence our unit sold first. Honesty without Kevin as our realtor our place would probably still be on the market.
Kevin also helped us with the purchase of our new home and let me tell you – if you’re buying a property you want Kevin as your realtor. He got us an AMAZING deal on our house and he is a negotiating extraordinaire! We couldn’t be happier.
Throughout the whole process of selling and buying Kevin kept in contact and checked in to see how things were going. He was super helpful. Like many people I have certain ideas about sales people, too pushy, smarmy - you know the rest....
So when it came to selling our Maple Ridge house in 2003/4 after 20+ years in the house I did not relish the prospect of having to deal with real estate agents. The first agent that came to the house had all the attributes we disliked, so we decided not to go with him. Then a friend recommended Kevin Brack. We found him to be straightforward, honest in his evaluation and respectful of our opinions and expectations. It did not take long to sell the house at a good price. Kevin also anticipated our need to live in an apartment for a year after the sale and was able to recommend some good choices, one of which we bought.
So when it came time to sell that apartment in 2010/11 I had no hesitation to contact Kevin again to ask him to be our agent. As before, he was very professional and helpful. I now no longer live in Maple Ridge, so communication was important and Kevin kept me informed at all times. The apartment did sell.

I was in a conversation with a friend of mine who's wife just had a baby. He asks, hey do you know anyone who could find me five acres of land around here, I'm selling my house in Ontario and wanting property. I immediately thought of Kevin Brack, Mr personable family man himself! I told my friend that Kevin was so tuned into the market, that when I was looking for a condo, I was given Kevin's name by a friend and within five days of meeting him he closed the deal on a smoking hot property for me!
